The Board met at 6:30 p.m. at the offices of Lee Jennings. Present were Paul and Cindy Shumpert, Lee Jennings, Sylvia Washington, Laurie Douglas, George Faile, and Martha and Bob Cates. Special guests were William Casey, from Global Health Administration Partners, and Edward Addai, Administrator of Baptist Medical Center in Ghana.

 

William Casey gave a quick review of some of his findings meeting with the administration and staff of BMC this fall.

 

Edward Addai gave a power-point presentation about the hospital, covering such things as challenges, accomplishments, and hopes.

 

After discussions of various points covered in the presentation, the meeting was adjourned.
